Charles A. Haskins Dies in Lusk Nov. 19

Charles Austin Haskins, 73, father of Charles H. Haskins of Lusk, died in the Spencer Hospital about 7:00 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, after a lingering illness.

The body was taken to Guide Rock, Neb., where services were held Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 22, in the Christian Church. Interment was in the family lot in the Maple Grove cemetery near that town.

Surviving him, besides his son is a daughter, Mrs. Floyd Carper, Sr., of Albany, Ore.; two sister, Mrs. Della Arrants of Guide Rock and Mrs. May Emery of Elma, Wash.; a brother, John, also of Oregon; eight grand-children and one great-grandchild.

Mr. Haskins, who had lived in Hastings, Neb. for about 45 years before coming to Wyoming, had spent the past several months with his son and daughter-in-law in Lusk.

Mr. and Mrs. Haskins with Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Carper, Jr., and son of Ft. Laramie, accompanied the body to Guide Rock.
