In this city, Monday, Feb. 21, 1887. Rose, beloved wife of Jerry Fincher, aged 27 years. The remains were taken for burial, on Tuesday evening to Noble, Mich., late home of the deceased.

Mr. Fincher has the sympathy of the entire community in his sad bereavement, by the death of his bride of a month. Mrs. Fincher has been a sufferer from heart trouble for a period of some five years, and being in delicate health it was thought a residence in this invigorating climate would prove beneficial, but it was all of no avail, as the bridgegroom Death has already claimed her for his own, and to her heart-broken husband remained only the sad duty of conveying her remains to her bereaved family in their far eastern home. - Chadron Journal

Mr. Fincher will be remembered in Lusk as our first railway agent. He has the sympathy of his friends here in his irretrievable loss.
