Former Teacher dies
Rose Foss, a former Niobrara County teacher, died Christmas Day at the home of her son in Wood Ridge, Va.
Burial was to be in Buffalo Gap, S.D.
Ms. Foss taught in both the Cheyenne River School and the Manville School.
