SUDDEN DEATH OF MRS. POMEROY OCCURED FRIDAY MORNING

Another example of the truth that in the midst of life we are in death came the past week, when Mrs. F.E. Pomeroy, who was apparently in good health Tuesday had passed out on Friday. She was taken to the hospital Thursday night and an operation was performed Friday morning in the hope that her life might be saved, but to no avail. Mrs. Pomeroy had been a resident of Lusk for almost two years, coming here from Winona, Minnesota. Those who knew her loved her for her sweet disposition and christian character. She leaves to mourn her, and aged father, a husband, daughter and son-in-law. May she find where she has gone, all the beauty she had looked forward to.
