Mrs. Carrie Canfield

Carrie Bushnell Canfield, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Bushnell, was born June 3, 1890, at Hemingford, Nebraska, where she lived with her parents during her girlhood.

On August 18, 1911 she was married to Clarence U. Canfield. One child, Gwendola Elaine, was born of this union.

In 1914, Mrs. Canfield removed, with her parents and baby, to Van Tassell, Wyoming, where she has since resided.

While in recent years she had had much suffering to bear, she still had time and strength to be of much help and comfort to her family and neighbors. For a few weeks past her health failed rapidly, and thinking to save more years of life, she was taken to Lincoln, Nebraska, February 6th, for medial treatment, where she died Monday, February 11, 1918.

She leaves a mother, father, one child, three brothers and one sister, besides and host of neighbors and friends, to mourn her loss.

Interment will be made at Hemingford, Nebraska.
