Funeral Monday for Gene Dill
Gene J. Dill, 47, Lusk, died June 16 at Niobrara County Memorial Hospital. Funeral service was held at the Peet Mortuary Monday morning at 10:00. Rosary was recited Saturday at 8:00 p.m. The Rev. T. McGovern officiated. Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.
He was born February 27, 1924, at Minneapolis, Minn. He came to Lusk in the 1950's and has been employed at the Coffee Cup Cafe since that time. He was a member of the Catholic Church.
Efforts to locate living relatives were unsuccessful.
Mrs. Gerald Bardo was church organist.
Casket bearers were Ramon Cook, Robert Robertson, Roger Percival, Harry Tallman, George Sturman and Charles Vaughan.
