Service Last Thursday for Vera Laverty
Funeral service for Vera Laverty, 72, was held January 10, in Huron, S.D., with burial in the family plot in Hitchcock, S.D.
Miss Laverty had been living in Lusk with her sister, Mrs. Agnes Peet, and died January 9 at the Niobrara Memorial Hospital.
Miss Laverty, who had at one time taught in the Lusk schools, had taught in the Central High School business department in Cheyenne for 25 years before her retirement.
