Following the services he will be cremated. A memorial has been established to the Arizona Cancer Center-Multiple Myloma Cancer Research Foundation.

Clifford was born April 2, 1937, at Nisland to Leland and Marie Terrill. He grew up at Nisland, graduating from Nisland High School in 1955. On January 7, 1955, Clifford was married to Betty J. Richardson at Deadwood. In April of 1955 he began his railroading career with the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad by working the extra board at Nisland. Cliff and Betty moved eight times in the next 34 years, consolidating several depot agencies from Manville, Wyo., until retiring in Casper, Wyo., in 1989. He was elected to the position of Local Chairman of the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks in 1973, serving until 1988. During that time, he served on many National Committees and was committed to improving the working conditions for all workers. Cliff resumed farming, at Nisland, in 1989. He thoroughly enjoyed his "retirement".

Cliff was an avid car collector. His Mustang collection was a joy for his family and his friends. He was an active member of the Casper Mustang Club and a member of the National Mustang Club. Other hobbies included touring the country on motorcycles in the company of his wife and their dog, Starsky. He openly shared his love for cars and the open road with his children, grandchildren and friends.

He was preceded in death by one son, Doyle.

Grateful for having shared in his life are his wife Betty of Nisland; three daughters Lanita "Tyke" Hill of Peoria, Arizona; Terry "Terr" Mosness of Cairo, Egypt; and Marna "Squeak" Harrop of Gillette, Wyo.; six grandchildren: Gina "Shiny" Hill, Saxon "Slick" Hill, Shelly "Barger" Harrop Collier, Kisha "Varmit" Harrop, Tyrel "Timber" Mosness and Spencer "Round Head" Mosness; one great grandson, Alexander "Ajax" Collier, numerous nieces and nephews, and his favorite mother-in-law, Viv.
