Requiem Mass For Earl Wilson

Requiem Mass was celebrated at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, Concord, Calif., August 10 at 2:00 p.m. for Earl Wesley Wilson, 55, who died in a Walnut Creek, Calif., hospital August 7.

Mr. Wilson, a sheet metal contractor, was electrocuted in an accident while working.

Services were conducted by the Rev. Mac R. Stanley. Mr. Wilson was a former vestryman at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.

Earl Wesley Wilson was born May 31, 1917, at Ollie, Mont. He moved with his family to Lusk in 1937 and worked with his father the late D. F. Wilson in the plumbing business until he was called into the service with the first group of reserves that went from Niobrara County in 1941.

Following World War II he returned to Lusk and lived here another two years when he went to Kansas City, Mo., for more training in sheet metal work.

He opened his own shop in Lee Summit, Mo., and lived there until moving to California in 1960 where he lived until the time of his death.

Survivors are his wife Mrs. Dorothy Wilson, 4087 Poplar Ave., Concord; his mother, Mrs. Grace Wilson of Lusk and sisters, Mrs. Eldon (Louise) Hassen of Oregon, Mrs. Henry (Lorraine) Wasserburger and Mrs. Ruth Snow of Lusk, Mrs. Dean (Davenne) Glandt of Cheyenne and Mrs. Grace Ellen Powers of Belle Fourche, S.D.

Earl Wilson Electrocuted in California

Earl Wilson, son of Mrs. Grace Wilson and the late D.F. Wilson of Lusk, was electrocuted in an accident Monday at Concord, Calif.

Funeral service is being held this Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at the Bryant Mortuary in Concord.

Mrs. Wilson and daughters, Mrs. Dean Glandt of Cheyenne and Mrs. Louise Hasson of Dallas, Ore., left Tuesday by plane to attend the service. Mr. and Mrs. Hasson and family had arrived in Lusk to visit Mrs. Wilson only a few hours before she was notified of the accident.

Immediate survivers are his wife Dorothy and a son Donald of Concord.
