Charles E. Baker Dies at Casper

A heart attack claimed the life of Charles E. Baker, 45, at his home in Casper, on Friday night, April 22.

Some three years ago he moved to Casper, where he was associated in business with Charles Cullen and later with the Walter Schultz Company.
