Graveside Services for Mrs. Carr Here
Funeral services were held in Chadron Friday morning for Mrs. Pauline M. Carr, 77, aunt of Mrs. Alice Hales of Lusk, who died in a Chadron Hospital July 24, following a stroke she had suffered from a few days before in a Chadron rest home. Graveside services were held in Lusk and burial was beside her late husband Howard Carr.
She was born to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rosher, April 8, 1890, at Crawford.
In 1909 she was married to Howard (Slim) Carr and they were the parents of six children. They homesteaded in the Whitman community where they resided for many years.
Her husband and one son died previously.
Survivors, include four sons, Everett and Morris of Washington; Charles of Cheyenne and Earl of California; one daughter, Eunice of Washington; two sisters of Crawford, one sister and a brother of California.
All of the children accept Earl attended the funeral. The family were the guests of Mrs. Hales.
