Margaret Sorenson Service Held Sat.

Mrs. Margaret Sorensen, 73, was laid to rest in the Lusk Cemetery Saturday, May 27th.

Mrs. Sorensen had been in declining health for some time, death being attributed to stomach carcinoma. She made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Warren Eversull, where she passed away, Wednesday, May 24, at 1:45 p.m.

A rosary service was held in the Peet Chapel on Friday evening at 7:30 o'clock, and funeral services were conducted from St. Leo's Catholic Church Saturday morning, with Father Miller officiating.

The casket bearers were M. S. Jordan, Al Guibault, Elmer Foley, Frank Boardman, Wilbur Brettell and Everett Waugh.

Margaret Enright was born at Crawfordsville, Indiana, November 5, 1870, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Enright.

When a child the family moved to O'Neil, Neb., where she grew to young womanhood. Later she went to Omaha, where she married Joseph Sorensen, who passed away twenty years ago in Sioux City, Iowa. Mrs. Sorensen continued to make her home in that city until about four years ago, when she came to Lusk to be with her daughter, Mrs. Eversull.

Others surviving are: Two sons, Orville and Paul, and another daughter, Mrs. Mildred Handley, all of Omaha, Neb.; six grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Wilsey Chase, of Omaha, Neb., and one brother, Tom Enright, of O'Neill, Nebraska.

All of the children were here to attend their mother's funeral service.
