NEIGHBOR PASSES
The sympathy of Lance Creek is extended to W.K. Jokinen and his daughters. Mrs Jokinen whose death last week in the Lusk hospital brought sorrow, not only to her devoted family but to her many friends in Lance Creek. The Jokinen family came here from McFadden, Wyo., about 3 years ago, where Mr. Jokinen rough necked for the Ohio Oil Company. Since coming to this field he has been employed by the Ohio as a pumper, living in Camp 4.

Shortly after their arrival in Lance Creek Mrs. Jokinen submitted to major surgery at Mayo Bros Clinic in Rochester, Minn., and seemed in perfect health until this last year. For many months she patiently endured discomfort and pain.

There are five daughters in the family and the two remaining at home attend High School at Manville.
