Billie Mae Arnold of Torrington went to be with the Lord on April 9, 2021.

Billie was born to Joe and Hazel (Meeker) Eutsler on the family homestead north of Manville on Dec. 29, 1933. At the age of 13, she contracted encephalitis, leaving Billie dependent upon the use of a wheelchair.

After her father’s death in 1953, Billie came back to live with family in Manville. She left Manville to go to school and further rehabilitation in Denver where she met Carroll Arnold, whom she married Jan. 24, 1962. Carroll and Billie made their home in Westminster, Colo. where they lived until Carroll’s death in 1973.

After Carroll’s death, Billie moved to Torrington. Independent and making the most of the life she had been given, Billie was loved by all with whom she came in contact. All those that knew and loved her know that she is now walking and running in heaven.

Billie is survived by her sister Betty and her brother Bob; a host of nieces and nephews, and the good friends she had at Evergreen Court and Goshen Care Center.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, five brothers and five sisters.

Graveside services for Billie Arnold will be held Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the Lusk Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to Evergreen Court, 2010 East F Street, Torrington, WY 82240 or Goshen Care Center, 2009 Laramie Street, Torrington, WY 82240.
