Storyteller Priscilla Queen

Monday, June 19, 2017
Niobrara County Library
1:30 p.m.

We are excited to have storyteller Priscilla Queen present at the library on Monday, June 19 at 1:30 p.m. Priscilla has worked with children and early literacy for nearly 50 years as a teacher, a librarian, a mom and now a grandmother. She was the early literacy specialist at Douglas County, CO for 22 years and was instrumental in developing several programs that brought children and stories together in many ways. As an adjunct professor of children’s literature at Metro State University and Denver University for 15 years, she promoted the wonderful connections between literature and the art of storytelling. Plan now to attend this fun program!
