The film "An Unfinished Life" will be shown at the library on Wednesday, April 26 at 6:30 p.m. Elna Gilkyson is a tough skinned, retired rancher who has shut himself off from his family following his only son's death a decade ago. Out of the blue, the very person he blames for his son's accident arrives on his doorstep. His ex-daughter-in-law Jean has survived abuse and decides that the only way to care for her daughter is to seek help from her ex-father-in-law. This unusual meeting results in two people discovering a reservoir of forgiveness that neither of them knew existed. The film stars Robert Redford, Jennifer Lopez, Morgan Freeman, Josh Lucas and is 100 minutes long.

Drop boxes will be located at Deckers, Sperry Drug, 3 Sister's Truck Stop, Senior Center, NCHS & LEMS as well as the library. You can also mail the survey to the address listed on the form.

Over 50 children attend the third of three RIF programs last week. Each child selected their very own books to keep as well as enjoyed rope tricks demonstrated by Dixie Miller. A puppet show was performed by FLBA students and children also created "paperbag" vests. The Friends of the Library sponsor this program with funding from the federal RIF program.
