The library is beginning a collection of popular music cd's with funds from the Wyoming Legislative Funding Amendment, 2006. Stop by and check out what we have, or look in our online catalog, We would also like to know what types of music you are interested in and would check out from the library.

Recycling of ink cartridges and cell phones continues at the library. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library and proceeds have benefited the library in several ways. Recently, a new magazine rack and newspaper stand were purchased with funds from this program. Be sure to drop by your used cartridges.

Michael Connelly, "Rescued" by John Bevere, "Case of Lies" by Perri O'Shaughnessy, "Skeleton Coast" by Clive Cussler, "The Confident Woman: Start Living Boldly and Without Fear" by Joyce Meyer, "Complete Book of Soups and Stews" by Bernard Clayton, Jr., "Plan Your Kitchen : Hundreds of Design Combinations At-A-Glance" by Lorrie Mack and "The Foxfire 40th Anniversary Book of Faith, Family, and the Land."

New books for the young adult include "Voyage of Slaves" by Brian Jacques and "Hell Phone" by William Sleator.

Junior readers will enjoy "The Mystery of the Disappearing Dinosaurs" by P. J. McMahon, "The Case of the Monkey Burglar" by John R. Erickson and "Soccer Chick Rules" by Dawn

Our youngest readers will be sure to like "Rainbow Fish Finds His Way" by Marcus Pfister, "A Particular Cow" by Mem Fox and "When Daddy's Truck Picks Me Up" by Jana Novotny Hunter.

"A Visit From Santa" is the focus for Storyhour on Tuesday, December 19. Storyhour is held every Tuesday from 10 to 11 p.m. for children ages 3 through kindergarten.
