Thank you to everyone who picked up books at the annual Friends of the Library book sale last week. Just about $1800 was raised to be used to purchase new books; funds raised at the Ice Cream Social will be directed to the Wyoming Public Library Endowment Challenge 3:1 match. To date, just over $75,000 has been raised towards the 98,550 goal. Once the goal is reached libraries are eligible for the bonus incentive of $100,000. Fundraising will continue until an additional $33,333 is raised or until 2.3 million is raised collectively among county libraries in Wyoming. Contact library foundation or library board members if you would like more information about this endowment opportunity.
