P. E. O. Donation Courtesy photo Wednesday, April 18, 2012 Tandy Dockery, Committee Chair of the P. E. O. Sisterhood Chapter 1 presented the Niobrara County Library Foundation with a check for $268 that will be applied to the Wyoming Public Library Endowment Challenge. In Niobrara County this check becomes $1072 for endowment. Accepting the check are Foundation Chairman, Leslie Hammond, Foundation Treasurer Lisa Pischel and Library Board Chairman Ted Holman.
