Citizens of the Year Award Received
  Members from Harmony Lodge, Bill Lucas, Jeb Hanson, Dan Cushman, Dave Lingelbach, Dusty Cushman and Andy Barnette. Friday, May 4, 2012 The Niobrara County Library Board of Trustees, Foundation and Friends as well as staff were awarded the Citizens of the Year award for 2011 on Friday, May 4. Members of the Harmony Lodge No. 24 A. F. & A. M. presented the award.
