A new title for the young adults is “Zane’s Trace” by Allan Wolf.
The Lennea Lewis Slagle Children’s Library has these new chapter books include “Fire Star” by Chris D’Lacey, “Getting Burned” by Carolyn Keene, “Hannah West in the Center of the Universe” by Linda Johns and “Harry the Poisonous Centipede’s Big Adventure” by Lynne Reid Banks.
Some new picture books are “Mr. Putter & Tabby See Stars” by Cynthia Rylant, “Library Lion” by Michelle Knudson, “Charlie Cooks Favorite Book” by Julie Donaldson and “Captain Flinn and the Pirate Dinosaurs” by Giles Andreae.
“Care to Share!” is the theme for Storyhour on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 and Thursday, November 8, 2007. Storyhour is held every Tuesday and/or Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. for children ages 3 through kindergarten.
