“Hotel for Dogs” will be shown at the library on Thursday, June 11 at 1 p.m. Based on Lois Duncan’s novel, the story revolves around two orphaned teenagers who decide to turn an abandoned building into a safe haven for stray dogs. The film is 100 minutes and rated PG, the library will provide the popcorn, just bring your own drink!

All of the online databases are available for Wyoming residents with library cards, these resources are paid for with funding provided by the Wyoming State Legislature.

A new young adult book is “Some of Tim’s Stories” by S. E. Hinton.
The Lennea Lewis Slagle Children’s Library has this new junior book “The Mystery of the Missing Mutts” by Barbara Mitchelhill. New easy titles are “Vulture View” by April Pulley Sayre and “Friday My Radio Flyer Flew” by Zachary Pullen.
“My Mad/Glad Moods” is the theme for Storyhour on Tuesday, June 9 and Thursday, June 11. Storyhour is held on Tuesday and Thursday throughout the year from from 10 to 11 a.m. for children ages 3 through kindergarten.
