Pat Smith, Mayor Pro-Tem signed a proclamation declaring August 7, 2009 as Niobrara County Library Day. The library is being honored for reaching the Wyoming Public Endowment Challenge and a celebration will be held Friday, August 7 beginning at 6 p.m. on the library lawn and in the Lusk State Bank parking lot.
