A new adult fiction book is “The Unfinished Gift” by Dan Walsh. Set at Christmas time in 1943, this is a nostalgic story of reconciliation. Patrick Collins is 7 years-old and there are only 3 things on his Christmas list. He wants the Army to find his father. He wants to leave his grandfather’s house and he wants the half-carved soldier that’s tucked away in his grandfather’s attic. Sure to be a touching read call now and reserve.

Other new books include “Alex Cross’s Trial” by James Patterson, “Smash Cut” by Sandra Brown, “206 Bones” by Kathy Reichs, “The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie” by Alan Bradley, “The Pawn” by Steven James and “Best Friends Forever” by Jennifer Weiner.

New non-fiction books are “Crazy for the Storm: a Memoir of Survival” by Norman Ollestad and “The Third Man Factor: Surviving the Impossible” by John Geiger.
