Bryan Burge Opens Tire Recapping Shop This week
Bryan Burge is announcing this week the opening of his OK Rubber Welder station in the north room of Wyoming Theatre building, formerly occupied by the Oil Well Supply.
Mr. Burge has installed adequate equipment for a recapping and repair service. Two large recapping machine have been installed, in addition to repair vulcanizers and spotters and other incidental equipment.
Work benches and other furniture has been built.
He is prepared to handle a wide range of both passenger and truck tires and can supply several popular treads. the equipment is all electric. Injured tires are repaired before being retreaded. The machine is so built that sidewalls of tires are not touched in the process by which the camelback compound is welded to the tire.
Of sufficient material is available, Mr. Burge expects to operated 24 hours a day if the demand for retreading requires.
