Bryan Burge Begins Construction of Service Station
Bryan Burge began construction last week of a combined service station, gaaarage and tire welding shop at the corner of Main and First streets opposite the Wyoming Theatre and expects to have the new structure completed within 90 days.
Mr. Burge is now associated with Paul Heany in the operation of the O.K. Rubber Welders just across the street in the theatre building and this business will be continued in the new building. Excavation is now being made for a basement under the station portion of the building. Garage space and spacious drives will also be provided.
Mr. Burge has already contracted to handle Carter Oil Company products. He believes the location one of the best for this type of business. The lots on which the station will be located were purchased last winter by Mr. Burge from Gilbert Bernbeck. Harry Astin purchased the former Bernbeck feed store location and lot just south and and is now erecting a cafe building on that lot.
