Mrs. Reinecke Dies In Oregon

Mrs. Pearl Reinecke, 82, a resident of Lusk for 60 years, died in a rest home in Woodburn, Ore. early Sunday morning. Mrs. Reinecke had gone to Oregon in July 1960 to be near her children. About a year ago she suffered a stroke and had been placed in the nursing home in August. Funeral services were held in Woodburn.

Mrs. Reinecke came to Lusk in 1900 and a few years later married Frank Reinecke. He died in 1934. She is survived by six children, Mrs. Dan McCarthy and Valdy Reinecke of Woodburn, Mrs. Elmer Griffith of Portland, Ore., Mrs. Jennie Scarborough of Houston, Tex., Mrs. Alice Vaudrey of Hawaii, and Daniel Reinecke of Tucson, Ariz.

A very pretty wedding occurred at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A.J.
Williams yesterday afternoon when Mr. Frank Reinecke and Miss Pearl
Swanson were joined in holy wedlock. Rev. Nellor performing the marriage
ceremony. The groom is a prosperous young ranch man of steady habits
and is well and favorably known, having resided here a number of years.
The bride is a niece of Mrs. A.J. Williams and has resided here but a
few months. those who know her say Mr. Reinecke has secured a partner
for life of whom he may well be proud, May their future be filled with
happiness and prosperity is the wish of the HERALD.
