Mrs. Julia Roy, resident of Niobrara County since 1905 and active community worker in Lusk for many years, died in St. Lukes Hospital in Denver Friday at the age of 87.

She had been taken to Denver three weeks prior to her death and had undergone surgery there earlier this fall, but until the past year had been quite active.
