William "Scott" Jenks
The funeral of Neighbor W. S. Jenks took place on Saturday, November 11th, from St. Marks Episcopal church at Cheyenne, Wyoming. The remains of the late neighbor were taken to Cheyenne on Friday, the 10th, and were accompanied as far as Orin by the following neighbors of Niobrara Camp No. 332, of which deceased was a member: -Neighbors Niver, Hummel Davis, Cook Barber and Hall. The following resolutions were adopted by the camp:
WHEREAS, it has pleased the Almighty to take Neighbor W. S. Jenks to Himself, be it, therefore,
RESOLVED, That by his death we are brought face to face with the fact that all who are born must die, and that the camp has lost a kind neighbor and the community a good and respected citizen.
RESOLVED, That we sincerely sympathize with the bereaved family in their great affliction; that the neighbors of this camp tender their heartfelt sympathy and condolence in this, their sorrow.
RESOLVED, That as a token of respect, the charter of this camp be draped in mourning for 30 days, and that a copy of these resolutions be spread on our records and a copy sent to the bereaved family.

Mrs. W. S. Jenks and George Voorhees returned from Cheyenne on Monday, where they had accompanied the remains of the late Scott Jenks.
