Mrs. Wm J. Noble Dies In Nebraska
Mrs. Wm. J. Noble, former resident south of Lusk and mother of William Intveen at Glenrock, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Anna Contois, in Clearwater, Nebraska, last Thursday.
The remains were brought to Lusk, and funeral services were held from St. Paul's Lutheran Church on Sunday, at 2:30 with Rev. Paul Schmidt officiating.
Music was furnished by a quartette of girls composed of Miss Lilette Klemke, Miss Harriet Heumier, Mrs. Ralph Lingwood and Miss Helen Klemke, and were accompanied by Miss Min Frosheiser. They sang "Asleep in Jesus" and "Nearer My God To Thee."
Funeral arrangements were in charge of the Peet Mortuary and interment was made in the Lusk cemetery beside her husband. Three sets of brothers, all long-time friends of the deceased, bore the remains to her last resting place. They were Menno and Henry Kaan, Walter and Otto Klemke and Pete and Andy Owens.
