Mrs. Harriet Bruch Dies at Home of Her Son, Tuesday.

Mrs. Harriet Bruch passed away at the home of her son, Charles Bruch of the Hat Creek community on Tuesday morning, June 15th after a very lengthy illness.

She had been a resident of Niobrara county for 21 years, having come west with her family in 1916. She homesteaded north of Hat Creek and made her home there for several years. Later she moved with her son to the McGinnis ranch and there had made her home until her death.

OBITUARY
Harriette S. Welsh was born at Pawnee City, Nebraska, November 30, 1868, and died June 15th at the age of 69 years, six months and 15 days. She was married to George Bruch at Pawnee City. To this union three children were born, two of whom survive: Charles Brent of Lusk and Clara Jobe of San Francisco. One girl died in infancy.

Funeral services were held from the Congregational church of Lusk on Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. George Jenkins delivering the sermon. Interment was made in the Lusk cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Wes Neal, J.W. Hawkins, Frank Wilson, Chris Joss, Jim Bentley, Fred Bryant, Chester Flick and Leo Penfield.

Death came to end the suffering of Mrs. Hattie Bruch at the home of her son, 20 miles north of Lusk, Tuesday morning. Although she had been in failing health for some time, her death came as a shock to her relatives and many friends. She was a kind and loving mother and her loss will be keenly felt.

Arrangements were in charge of the Peet Mortuary.
