Joseph R. Hill
Joseph R. Hill passed away in Torrington, Wyoming on April 27,1994 at the age of 75.
Joe was born on April 30, 1919 in Washington, DC. He grew up and received his education in Bladensburg, Maryland. In 1945, he jointed the Prince George's County Police Department in Maryland, retiring in 1973 as a Major.
He married Elaine Hill in 1972 in Florida. They traveled between Florida and Maryland before moving to Torrington in 1991. They were married for 22 years.
Survivors include his wife Elaine, a son John and a daughter, Mary Bird.
Services were held at All Saint's Episcopal Church in Torrington. Colyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
