Bobby Floyd Parmely

Bobby was born on August 9, 1934, in Keeline. He joined the army in 1957.
Bobby married Ivy Joyce on April 1, 1962. After five tours overseas, he retired
from the army in 1977 as a highly decorated Staff Sergeant.

Bobby passed away in Sioux Falls, S.D. on January 7, 2022, at the age of 87. Bobby is preceded in death by his
wife, Ivy Joyce; brother, Franklin Samuel, and daughter, Marie Beth. He is
survived by his sons, Robert Douglas, Bobby Floyd Jr., and Everett “Bronco”
Willie; daughters Robin Lynn and Shannon Leila along with 10 grandchildren, nine
great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and his brother Alvin. Bobby
had requested no funeral services, but he did want the burial service which
will be held at a later date.

SERVICE NOTICE

Graveside services with military honors will be held for Bobby F. Parmely at 10 a.m., Mon., April 4, 2022 at the Dellview Cemetery in Manville. Mr. Parmely passed away Jan. 7, 2022 in Sioux Falls. A full obituary was published earlier.
