Services for Anna L. Jensen, age 88, were held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 10, 1991, in the Peet Mortuary Chapel with Bishop W.M. Queener of the Church of God of Prophecy officiating. Burial followed in the Lusk Cemetery.

Jensen died Tuesday, May 7, 1991, at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. She was born Dec. 6, 1902, in North Cape, Wis., the daughter of Anne and Jens Jensen. She moved to Niobrara County in 1919 when her parents homesteaded 25 miles northeast of Lusk. She left home at the age of 21 and worked in the Keeline area. There she resided and worked her ranch since 1930. At the time of her death she was living with her nephew, Larry Lorenzen of Mills.

She was a member of the Fancy Farmers Garden Club for 25 years and belonged to the Manville Church Circle. She had been a member of the Church of God of Prophecy since 1932 which she felt was most important of all. She found great pleasures and happiness in her gardening and working outdoors.

She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews and three sisters-in-law.
