PINKERTON-BEDFORD
Manville News, January 8, 1920

Mr. Clarence A. Pinkerton, eldest son of Mr.and Mrs. W. S. Pinkerton, And Miss Florence Bedford, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Bedford, most agreeably surprised their many friends here by quietly slipping off to Lusk on Monday afternoon and getting married. Both the bride and bridegroom are very well known in this community, their parents among our most prosperous ranchers. Mr. Pinkerton recently returned to his home from "overseas" where he spent twenty- two months in actual service. He was among the very first to go from this country. Miss Bedford is a graduate from the Grand Island Business college and is a very accomplished young lady. They will make their home at Mr. Pinkerton's homestead twelve miles north of Manville.

The News wishes to be considered among the host of friends who will wish the young couple a very prosperous new year and long life and happiness.
