“Are You A Horse?” that is the question that is posed in the skit to be performed during the Reading is Fundamental (RIF) program slated for Wednesday, March 9 at 6:30 p.m. Children are all invited for an evening of fun with entertainment, activities and free books! RIF is a federal program that is sponsored locally by the Friends of the Library.

A new human interest story is “The Mountain between Us” by Charles Martin. Ashley Knox and Dr. Ben Payne meet at the Salt Lake airport one stormy night. When the last outgoing flight is cancelled, Ben finds a charter plane that can take them to catch a connection; midflight, the pilot has a heart attack and the plane crashes in the High Uintas Wilderness in deep snow. Ben has broken ribs and Ashley suffers a terrible leg fracture.
