A new suspense book is “Gone Girl” by Gillian Flynn. Nick Dunne’s beautiful wife, Amy, disappears on their anniversary – her diary reveals that this alpha-girl perfectionist could have put anyone dangerously on edge. Under mounting pressure from the police and the media as well as Amy’s parents, Nick, the town’s golden boy, is oddly evasive and definitely bitter, but is he a killer? As the cops close in, every couple in town is wondering how well they know the one they love…and what was in that silvery gift box hidden in the back of Amy’s bedroom closet? This book is also available in the Virtual Library and through the free downloadable audio database, OneClick Digital!
