John Sandford’s latest novel is “Deep Freeze.” Class reunions are a time for memories – good, bad, and as Virgil Flowers is about to find out – deadly. In Trippton, Minnesota, a woman has been found dead, frozen in a block of ice. Her death might be connected to a high school class that has a reunion coming up. Virgil starts digging into 25 years of trauma, feuds and bad blood. In the end, one thing becomes increasing clear to him – it’s true what they say: high school is murder.
