Della B. Lee

Funeral services for Della B. Lee, 98, were held Tuesday, Aug. 17, 1993, at the Bader-Peet Mortuary Chapel in Lusk with the Rev. Del Cowley officiating. Burial followed in the Jireh Cemetery.

Mrs. Lee died Aug. 13, 1993, at the Shepherd of the Valley Nursing Home in Casper. She was born Aug. 3, 1895, at Stanbury, Mo., the daughter of Henry and Armenda Tucker. She was raised by her mother and step-father, Ed Musselman.

She married Hardy Lee June 4, 1918, at Cheyenne and they homesteaded 10 miles north of Keeline. She lived on the ranch at Keeline from 1919 until she moved to Casper in May, 1959.

Mrs. Lee loved horses and as a young woman was a rodeo trick rider along with her twin brother who was also a rodeo rider.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sons, Hardy Bert Lee and Orin R. Lee; one grandson, Wylie Lee Blevins; great-grandson, Troy Wedgwood, and six brothers.

Survivors include her daughter, Audrey Blevins, Casper; daughter-in-law, Mary Lee; nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Bader-Peet Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
