Her husband, two sons, Merle and Elvin, and a sister Opal died previously.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ray (Bernice) Reed of Lance Creek, Mrs. Harold (Frances) Gillespie of Douglas, and Mrs. Reba Thomas of Sturgis, S.D.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

The following tribute to Mrs. Haworth from her three daughters was read by the minister at the service: Mother will be remembered by many and for many reasons, but the memory we cherish of our mother is that she gave of her kindness toward her fellowmen. Times were never too hard, a day too long or time so rough that she could not feed a few more at her table, find a spare bed for one in need, extend a helping hand or a kind word. She shard her home with many young people during rough times and raised four children to adulthood. Along her pathway of life her generosity of herself and her worldly goods has touched many.
