Orville W. Martin
Orville W. Martin, age 61, of Lusk passed away at his ranch home near Lusk on April 2, 2005. A funeral service was held on April 11 at the Cicmanec-Pier Funeral Home in Lusk with Pastor Gary Walker officiating. Interment followed in the Lusk Cemetery.
Orville Wesley Martin was born on March 11, 1944 in Lusk. He was the son of Charles and Florence Platt Martin. He was a former resident of Ontario, Calif. for the last 35 years, where he was a businessman and a chef, before moving to the family ranch in Wyoming. He loved his grandsons, fishing, hunting and living on his Wyoming ranch.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles Martin, his father's wife Pauline and his mother Florence Boyd.
Orville is survived by his loving wife Judy of 41 years of Ontario, Calif.; daughter Pamela and her husband Brett Lopez of San Dimas, Calif.; son Chuck and his wife Maurren Martin of Narco, Calif.; grandsons, Josh and Jacob Lopez of San Dimas and Charles and Dustin Martin of Narco; brother, Glen and his wife Barbara of Apple Valley, Calif. and numerous nieces and nephews.
