Death Takes Wife Of Archie McFarlane At Colorado Springs
Local relatives of Archie McFarlane, who for the past several years has lived in Colorado Springs, Colo., received the sad news Wednesday of the death of his wife, at a hospital there, following the birth of a child. An operation was performed and Mrs. McFarlane passed away shortly after. The infant died soon after birth, according to word received here.
Mr. and Mrs. McFarlane visited in Lusk and vicinity shortly after their marriage about three years ago, and during the short while they were here, Mrs. McFarlane, her first trip here, made many friends.
A. E. McFarlane, father of Archie, and Jack McFarlane, a brother, left immediately for Colorado Springs. No information as to funeral services was given in the message.
