Robert Rae Willson
Bob Willson, 80, passed away on Nov. 1, 2009 in Grants Pass, Ore. after a brief illness.
Bob was born in Wheatland, Wyo. to the union of Glenn I. Willson and Helen MacFarlane Willson. He had a stepbrother, Joseph Manning. Bob graduated from Lusk High School and later the University of Wyoming, playing football at both schools. He went on to a career in the US Air Force, and later the Dept. of Defense.
He married Sarah Mauldin Willson on Christmas Day 1955. They eventually settled in Southern California and raised three sons and a step daughter. They retired to the forests of Sunny Valley, Ore.
Bob finds in heaven his stepbrother Joseph, wife Sarah, and step daughter Claudia. He is survived by sons Brandon, Reede, and Gregg, as well as five grandchildren and one great grandson.
