GLENROCK - Cremation has taken place for Jack D. Park, 77, and services will take place at a later date.

He died July 22, 2007, at Wyoming Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

He was born Dec. 21, 1929, in Rushville, Neb.

He worked as an instrumentation technician, retiring from Phillips Petroleum in 1993.

He married Frances L. Mahnke on Jan. 22, 1949, in Lusk.

He enjoyed wood work and carving, fishing, hunting and golf.

He was a member of the Swing & Twirl Square Dance Club and the Brown Swiss Dairy Association.

Survivors include his wife of Glenrock; two sons and their wives, Jack L. Park of Glenrock and Ronald Park of Augusta, S.C.; two daughters, Christina Park of Augusta, Ga., and Cathy Park of Singapore; a brother, Robert Park and his wife of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Elva Barham and her husband of Glenrock; three grandsons and a granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by a son, Gary Park; a brother, Frank D. Park and his parents, Frank M. Park and Eunice Park.
