Karen Paisley
Karen Paisley was born November 28, 1945 in Lusk, Wyo., the daughter of William Calvin and Doris Ardelle (Burge) Paisley. When she was a child the family moved to Casper. She worked in Casper at a dental lab then moved to Washington State and worked at an artifact store in Seattle and later moved to Bellingham and work at Surlado Taco restaurant. Then she moved to New York City and worked for NBC in telecommunications for 18 years. She returned to Casper to take care of her father. She enjoyed her friends, gardening and painting. She passed away July 14 at Wyoming Medical Center.
Services were held July 18, 2005 in Casper, Wyo. with inurnment at the Lusk Cemetery in Lusk, Wyo.
Her mother Doris Harlow, Loveland, Colo, survives Paisley. Her father and brother Rod Paisley preceded her in death.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Casper Humane Society, 849 East E Street, Casper, WY 82601.
Newcomber Family Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
