John Hanson Dies in California in Nov.

John Walter Hanson, 41, died at San Diego, Calif., November 6 following a lingering illness.

He was born at Chadron July 25, 1927, the son of Edith Hoyt and John Oscar Hanson. He attended elementary school at Harrison before moving to Goshen County, Wyo. Jack was a veteran of World War II serving in the navy in the Pacific.

Surviving are his wife; one daughter, Sonja; two sons, Oscar and Richard, all of the home; one brother, William of Anaheim, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Ramona Coffee of Torrington, Wyo., and Mrs. Mazie Uhrich of Magnolia, Ark.

Funeral services were held November 8 at Greenwood Mortuary with burial in Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Palmdale, Calif.
