William Dean Cole

Bill Cole, 55, of Lusk, died July 14, 2001, in Spearfish, So. Dak., where he was receiving kidney dialysis three times a week. A graveside funeral service was 10:30 a.m. Sat., July 21, 2001, at the Lusk Cemetery with Pastor Tom Strock officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

William Dean Cole was born August 9, 1945 in Rock Springs, Wyo., the tenth living child of Edwin Calvin Cole, Sr. and Jewell Shelby Clark Cole. Bill was loved by many close friends who were like family to him.

He is survived by six children: Misty K. Cole of Douglas, Wyo., Scott of Chicago, Ill., Stephanie Simkins of Orem, Utah, Tamara Cole of Riverton, Utah, John of Orem, Utah and Christopher Meinhard of Riverton, Utah; brothers Edwin C. Cole, Jr. of Hot Springs, Ark., Peter S. Cole of Bozeman, Mont., and Robert R. Cole of Manville; sisters Maxine Eutsler of Osage, Wyo., and Mary Bowman of Lusk, 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: Michael E. Cole, James L. Cole and John V. Cole; three sisters, LuAnn Predmore, Eunice (Tine) Schmidt and Dorothy Cole.

In lieu of flowers, contrubutions may be made to the family and can be mailed to Cicmanec-Pier Funeral Home, Box 569, Lusk, WY 82225 or to Mary Bowman, Box 1176, Lusk, WY 82225.
