Ida Blanche Stokes was born near Meadville, Keya Paha county, Nebr., July 26, 1885. she departed from this life April 3, 1919, at the age of 33 years, 8 months and 7 days. She was united in marriage at Ainsworth, Nebraska, to Earl Peet, August 8, 1905. The greater part of her life was spent in Nebraska, but in 1913, she and her husband located 22 miles southeast of Lusk. For the past year and a half they have lived in Lusk.

The deceased took a very active part in church and Sabbath School work and had a large circle of friends wherever she lived.

She is survived by her husband and two sons, Melvin Edward aged nine and Donald Dennis aged four; her mother, four brothers and one sister. Interment was made at Ainsworth, Nebraska, April 5, 1919.
