Mrs. Bergerson Dies at Denver, Funeral in Lusk

Old-Time Resident of Lusk Passes Away on Dec. 3, After Attack of Pneumonia; 56 Years Old

Mrs. Lucy Bergerson, 56 years old, an old-time resident of Niobrara county, passed away at her home in Denver, Colo., on Saturday, December 3, as a result of an attack of pneumonia.

Funeral services were held at the Baptist church in Lusk, Thursday afternoon, the Rev. N.C. Coggin officiating, burial being made in the Lusk Cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of the Universal Undertaking parlors.

Mrs. Bergerson was born in Nebraska in 1871 and was 56 years, 1 month and 27 days old at the time of her death. She came to Wyoming 44 years ago and lived in and near Lusk for 35 years, leaving nine years ago for Denver, where she has since made her home.

She leaves to mourn her passing five daughters and one son. The daughters are Mrs. Hans Meng of Warren, Wyo.; Mrs. John Glover and Mrs. George Cover of Pine Ridge, S.D.; Mrs. George Walker of Los Angeles, Cal., and Mrs. Robert Jensen of Farmington, N.M. The son is Francis Bergerson of Denver.
