D. A. BAUGHMAN PASSES AWAY AT AGE OF 75 YEARS

David A. Baughman, 75 years old, died at the home of his son-in-law, Frank Provost, of Lance Creek, his death being ascribed to gastralgia.

Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 17, from the Baptist Church, with Rev. Farrar officiating. Burial was made in the Lusk Cemetery, arrangements being in charge of the George Earl Peet Mortuary.

The pallbearers were Frank Combs, J. E. Snethen, Jake Wahl, Roy Jenkins, Fred Root and Mr. Francis.

Mr. Baughman was born at Kirklin, Ind., February 20, 1855, being 75 years, 7 months and 26 days old at the time of his death.

He was united in marriage to Matilda Eliza Douglas at Frankfort, Indiana, Feb. 5, 1879. To this union were born ten children, of whom seven survive, besides the devoted wife. The surviving children are: H. C. Baughman, F. B. Baughman, R. A. Baughman, Mrs. E. G. Hale and Mrs. Frank Provost, all of Lance Creek, Wyo; Mrs. H. R. Ayres of California, and Mrs. R. M. Strain of Texas.

Those who have preceded their father in death are W. R. Baughman, R. D. Baughman and B. D. Baughman.
